Mechanical systems design review: Rule-of-thumb check of loads, system, and equipment sizing. More in-depth analysis where initial analysis suggests opportunities.
Mechanical systems drawing, specifications, and controls sequence review
Review coordination of lighting and daylighting systems with the HVAC systems and controls
Recommend alternatives for energy use and/or energy cost reduction
LEED Review: review proposed LEED scoring and suggest opportunities for possible increased sustainability or improved energy efficiency
Assist with prioritization of the LEED credits in order of likelihood of achievement, particularly in terms of cost-effectiveness
